About
Tim
Hi, I’m Tim! My focus and passion is in empowering others identifying their own internal strengths to live with intentional & purpose. My framework is built on three core pillars: helping you break free from limiting stories your mind tells you, teaching you to understand and not struggle with difficult emotions so they stop blocking your progress, and focusing on purposeful action aligned with what you care about.
Because real growth happens through connection, I use the therapeutic relationship in the therapy room as a living laboratory to practice new ways of relating, building vulnerability, communicating, and showing up . If you are ready to build deep self-awareness and take the concrete steps necessary to change your life from the inside out, let's get to work.
I am an avid reader, a lover of life, a Zen practitioner, a music lover and a board-game geek. He loves exploring the city, spending time outdoors, exercising, making time for humor, being playful and spending quality time with his dogs, Nugget and Milo.
