About
Tiffany
Hi, I’m Tiffany! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion for becoming a therapist comes from my own experiences growing up. As a child, I often felt alone and didn’t always feel like I had someone I could turn to. That began to change when I connected with my high school counselor, who showed me how meaningful it can be to have someone truly listen, understand, and support you. That experience inspired me to become that person for others.
I love helping people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and grow into the best version of themselves. My clinical style is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are while helping you explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you from where you want to be.
I also take a collaborative approach to therapy. Rather than telling you what you “should” do, I want us to work together to identify what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to create meaningful change. I balance providing a safe and compassionate space to process difficult experiences with gently encouraging growth, new perspectives, and healthier ways of navigating challenges.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel genuinely heard and supported, and know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
Outside of work, I’m a new mom to a 6-month-old baby boy, so much of my time these days is spent enjoying all of the little moments that come with motherhood! I love spending time with my son and husband, making memories together as a family, and watching my little one grow and discover the world around him.
I’m also a big believer in staying connected to the people who matter most to me. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and continuing to nurture those relationships, whether that means getting together for a meal, celebrating milestones, or simply catching up.
When I have some downtime, you can usually find me trying a new coffee or brunch spot, enjoying a good meal, or finding simple ways to make everyday moments feel special. Becoming a mom has given me an even greater appreciation for slowing down, being present, and creating meaningful memories with the people I love.
