About
Tiffany
Hi, I’m Tiffany! Grounded in the values of authenticity, collaboration, and cultural humility, I help clients build better routines and stronger relationships with themselves and those around them. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or back for a tune-up, my relational approach ensures you’ll feel comfortable and respected every step of the way. Let’s work together to create meaningful, sustainable change that honors who you truly are.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, I love a good balance of staying active (yoga, weight lifting, and long walks) and fully winding down (reading and reality TV). As a 1.5-generation Latina with Mexican and Puerto Rican roots, my cultural background is a huge part of who I am, and it naturally flows into how I connect with clients.
