About
Tiffany
I am a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist with a passion for fostering healing and growth in my clients. With a deep commitment to creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment, I strive to cultivate trusting therapeutic relationships in which my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences openly. Drawing from a person-centered approach, I believe in the innate capacity of every individual for self-discovery and personal transformation. I integrate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to empower my clients in developing effective coping strategies and enhancing self-awareness. I value collaboration and tailors my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each client I work with, guiding them on their journey toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
During my free time, I love immersing myself in reading on my Kindle. On sunny afternoons, you’ll find me on the tennis court or running at my local parks. I also have a keen eye for capturing moments of beauty and emotion through my passion for portrait photography.
