Tiffany is a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist with a passion for fostering healing and growth in her clients. With a deep commitment to creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment, she cultivates trusting therapeutic relationships in which her clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences openly. Drawing from a person-centered approach, Tiffany believes in the innate capacity of every individual for self-discovery and personal transformation. She integrates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to empower her clients in developing effective coping strategies and enhancing self-awareness. Tiffany values collaboration and tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each person she works with, guiding them on their journey toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
During her free time, Tiffany immerses herself in reading on her Kindle. On sunny afternoons, you’ll find her on the tennis court. Tiffany also has a keen eye for capturing moments of beauty and emotion through her passion for portrait photography.
