About
Tiffany
Hello, I'm Tiffany! My practice is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and understanding. I believe that each person is more than the challenges that bring them to therapy, and I strive to understand the whole picture of who they are - their experiences, relationships, values, strengths, and goals. I focus on strategies that help clients cultivate emotional balance, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting growth.
Outside of being a therapist, I hold many identities that shape who I am and how I connect with others. I am an islander born and raised in Hawaiʻi, come from a Japanese family, am an adopted Angeleno, and an "honorary" Peruvian according to my fiancé. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, solving crossword puzzles, wandering the aisles of Costco, learning new languages, traveling the world, doing yoga and spin classes, singing karaoke, and finding reasons to laugh.
