Tiffany
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Tiffany strives to create and maintain a safe space for clients to express their innermost thoughts and feelings. She places high emphasis on the therapeutic alliance and values authenticity with her clients, especially in helping them heal and grow. She approaches her clinical work from a holistic perspective, taking into consideration family of origin and upbringing, cultural and religious background, and various life experiences that have influenced the client.
Outside of the therapy room, Tiffany can be found exploring local cafes (lattes are her favorite), listening to and playing music, cooking and baking, traveling and going on Costco runs.
