About
Tiffany
I am committed to a culturally sensitive, strength-based approach and strive to foster an environment where you feel empowered and understood through a strong therapeutic alliance. I prioritize a strong, trusting connection so that you feel safe exploring whatever is on your mind. I embrace a collaborative philosophy and firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. I see our work together as a partnership. I bring clinical tools and you bring the expertise on your own life experiences. My sessions are focused on helping you develop insight and self-awareness. I am passionate about helping you adopt new skills to enhance your relationships and strengthen your emotional well-being, fostering resilience and growth.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and baking my favorite desserts. I’m also a fan of a good 'dad joke.' I recently relocated to Washington, D.C., from San Francisco; while I miss sunny days in my favorite city, I’m enjoying exploring my new home. I look forward to finding my favorite new restaurants, coffee shops, and outdoor spaces.
