About
Tiffany
My style is warm, direct, and action-oriented. We'll spend most of our time focused on the present — what's going on for you today, and small, practical steps you can take between sessions. I like offering real tools alongside insight, so you leave with things you can actually use.
I especially enjoy working with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and interpersonal effectiveness — things like setting boundaries, asking for what you need, and communicating with more clarity and confidence. My hope is that you leave our work together not just feeling heard, but genuinely more equipped to handle what life brings.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
