About
Tiffany
I've been in practice since 2012, and have had a variety of work experiences over the course of my counseling career. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients -- meeting you where you are at on your life's path. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, client-centered, and strongly relational. I believe each client is the expert on their own experiences. I offer curiosity, humor and empathy to assist clients in identifying barriers and making sustainable change in their lives. I have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I have worked with children and families, assisting parents utilize positive parenting skills and navigate the challenges of raising children. I have worked with individuals with addictions, as well as their family members, and have a strong understanding of the impact of dysfunctional family relationships on mental health across the lifespan.
Outside of work I am active in several community organizations. I enjoy music and sing in a choir, and I am teaching myself ukulele. I have a dog who I hike with, and I love animals, gardening, birding, being outside, going to the ocean, and spending time with friends. I also keep up-to-date with current events.
