Hello! My name is Tiauna, pronounced (Tee-ah-na). I've been practicing therapy for 12 years. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and helping them work through life's challenges. I mostly specialize in anxiety and trauma disorders, but I'm trained an many different approaches. I'm excited about helping you on your journey towards healing and growth.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, spending time with my family, drawing, and traveling. I'm a proud mother of a sophomore in college and have an Alaskan Malamute who I adore.
