About
Tetana
Greetings! My name is Tetana, pronounced Tah-Taw-nah. I am passionate about supporting clients as they explore the connection between the mind, thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and habits, while also understanding wellness from a holistic perspective. I value helping clients identify ways to harness their emotions and reactions in constructive rather than destructive ways, empowering them to build self-awareness and a deeper understanding of themselves as unique individuals.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors in nature, listening to music, and traveling.
I identify as a BIPOC, Indigenous, Two Spirit womxn, and I value staying connected to my cultural community. This includes participating in pow wows, ceremonies, and the annual Tribal Canoe Journeys.
I strive to move through life as a constant student—remaining open to learning, growth, and deeper understanding.
