Teresa's warm, non-judgmental style encourages self-exploration and personal growth, empowering clients to take charge of their mental health and well-being.
In her spare time she like to spend time with her grand-daughter, experience different restaurants "love to eat," and catch a baseball game, "Lets go Braves!!!"
