Hi there, I am Taylor! I take a collaborative, “team-oriented” approach with my clients, aiming to ease any pressure they may feel from their challenges. I have a healthy balance of directness while remaining empathetic, and offering support where it’s most needed. My goal is to foster an environment where clients feel listened to, supported, and empowered. My passion lies in helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. Believing that self-awareness and self-compassion are essential for growth and healing, I find fulfillment in guiding clients toward progress that aligns with their authentic selves and goals.
When I am not working in a therapeutic setting, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and, my dog. I also make self-care a priority, whether that’s indulging in some retail therapy, unwinding with TV shows, or hitting the trails in my Jeep Rubicon for a breath of fresh air!
