About
Tasha
Hi, I’m Tasha! Life has a way of throwing shifts our way that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who we want to be. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing the daily weight of depression and anxiety, or working through the quiet exhaustion of social phobia, I am here to help you navigate it. My approach to therapy is direct, honest, and goal-oriented, but always rooted in deep warmth and understanding. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of healing. Because every person’s story and goals are unique, my practice is highly integrative. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit your specific needs, leaning heavily into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will look at what’s keeping you stuck, define what a meaningful life looks like for you, and build the practical tools to get you there. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the entire lifespan—from children to older adults. I truly believe that no matter what stage of life you are in, growth and resilience are always possible.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me outside tending to my garden, talking to my chickens, spending quality time with my family, or trying new foods!
