About
Tara
Hello, I am Tara! I specialize in working with clients (adolescents and adults) impacted by trauma and complicated family systems. I am uniquely qualified to guide you towards the understanding and awareness necessary for healing and change. When we come together, I will share the wisdom of my years, the depth of my heart, and the joy in my soul. Together we can build a safe and trusting relationship where you can explore and work through the issues that are holding you back from being at peace, fulfilled, and self-directed. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches that are informed by listening to the client’s needs and unique life experience.
I enjoy life’s simple pleasures – time with family and friends, being outdoors, a good book, meditation and walking my dog.
