Hi, I’m Tanya! For over 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their unique personal journeys across a variety of settings. I work with clients navigating a wide range of life’s challenges, including major transitions, mood shifts, anxiety, trauma, as well as those in recovery from addictions. I firmly believe in an open, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. Together, we will identify your goals and gently explore the areas of your life where you might want to invite change, or simply find a sense of peace and acceptance.
Outside of the office, my favorite ways to recharge are spending quality time with my family and playing with my kids. I'm also a big animal lover and stay busy caring for our pets. When I get the opportunity, you can usually find me traveling to new places, hiking outdoors, reading a good book, or unwinding with a great comedy.
