About
Tamara
Hiya, I'm Tamara! I'm a client-centered therapist and I focus on helping my clients feel heard and understood in a safe and judgment-free space. I believe that the mindset of an individual can potentially control all aspects of life. Once the client creates a healthy foundation and better understands themselves, they are then able to focus on the most important aspects of their lives outside of the therapy session. I also believe our backgrounds and childhoods have a huge impact on our current life and well-being so it's important to reconnect to our child versions of ourselves.
I'm the owner of a cute kitty named Zeus and a golden retriever puppy named Butter. I love spending my time playing Nintendo video games, reading from my 200 TBR library, and paddle boarding in local lakes. My favorite kind of weather is dreary rain outside in the fall or spring and my dream location to live in is Scotland.
