is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Dr. Obregon Madera’s treatment philosophy is based on the belief that the physical, medical, behavioral and psychological interact together and that healing comes from a balance of these factors. She is well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She uses these modalities in treatment to promote healing.

In her spare time, Tamara enjoys spending quality time with her kids and going to weekly trivia night with her close group of friends. She also loves massages and facials.
