About
Tamara
My treatment philosophy is based on the belief that physical, medical, behavioral, and psychological factors interact with one another, and that healing comes from achieving a balance among these areas. I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I use these modalities in treatment to promote healing, foster resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and attending a weekly trivia night with my close group of friends.
