About
Tamar
Tamar is driven to support the growth and well-being of her clients. She brings energy to sessions that can be soothing, grounding, and healing. Tamar is passionate in helping her clients gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, how to express them effectively, and how to regain and maintain important relationships. Tamar believes therapy is a place of growth and change and she is dedicated in seeing you through it.
In her spare time, Tamar enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, loving and cuddling her two dogs, lifting heavy weights in the gym, and taking yoga classes. She thrives in conversations about growth, ways to do better and be better, and how the human experience can be so universal. Find her looking through baking books and wondering what new sweet she'll whip up next.
