About
Talita
I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to carry life’s heaviest moments alone. In our sessions, you won't find a silent observer nodding along; you'll find a real, down-to-earth person who is genuinely in your corner. My style is collaborative, warm, and active. We will work together to make sense of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, find practical tools that actually fit your daily life, and build a stronger foundation for your relationships. I’m here to listen without judgment, challenge you gently when you need it, and help you find your way back to feeling like yourself.
When I’m not in the therapist’s chair, I do my best to practice the same balance and presence that I encourage in my clients. You can usually find me outdoors, whether I’m hitting a local hiking trail, soaking up some sunshine, or running around outside playing with my kid. I’m a big believer in the healing power of fresh air, moving our bodies, and finding joy in the simple, everyday moments of family life. These moments of connection and play are what keep me grounded and energized for the work I do in the therapy room.

education and experience
  • My journey as a therapist spans two cultures. I started out as a licensed psychologist in Brazil, and later completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology here in the States. I’m proud to be licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both California and Idaho, helping individuals and families navigate life's transitions across different communities and backgrounds.
