About
Taelor
Hey, I'm Taelor! I'm a certified EMDR therapist and my specialties include trauma-related disorders, addictions, eating disorders, and OCD. As a therapist with lived experience, I enjoy walking alongside individuals on their own mental health journey as they navigate life’s challenges. No matter where you may be in the recovery process, I meet you right where you are to create a personalized game plan tailored to your unique goals. In our sessions, you can expect an integrative approach blending trauma-informed and behavioral modalities to help you move from the “why” to the “how” in order to feel less stuck and create meaningful change in your life.
In between sessions, you can find me spending way too much time watching dog videos or going on a walk with my own furry sidekick Sunny! I also love talking recipes, books, music, and spirituality.
