Sydnie is motivated by helping people feel understood, grounded, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, emphasizing safety, curiosity, and self-awareness. Sydnie works with clients to understand patterns of behavior including barriers and helps build tools for change. She works to create space for reflection and growth at the client's pace.
In Sydnie's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. reading, and being outdoors - whether that means taking a walk, exploring new places, or simply enjoying some fresh air and sunshine.
