Stephanie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Stephanie is a therapist who values building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship grounded in open communication and genuine understanding. Her calm and warm presence creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and safe to explore difficult emotions. She uses a balanced clinical style—gently challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while bringing awareness to areas of growth. At the same time, she empowers clients by highlighting their existing strengths, helping them recognize their resilience and capacity for change.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys staying active through exercising, running, and hiking. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and unwinding with her goldendoodle, Graham.
