About
Stephanie
Hello my name is Stephanie. My approach to therapy is centered on staying curious and encouraging you to be empowered and possibly expand your curiosity too. I enjoy working with thoughtful individuals who are insightful, have interest in building healthy connections, and actively practice new behaviors until the behaviors become habits. In our sessions, I enjoy using real-world examples and everyday references to help unpack ideas and support the meaningful changes you're working toward.
When I’m not working, I value and protect time spent with myself and loved ones, exploring nature, going on hikes/walks (often joined by my dog), traveling, and going on some type of adventure. Art is a significant part of my life especially audio-based and kinetic-based art. I've had a healthy relationship with music and movement throughout life and utilize these creative outlets to stay or become balanced. All art and activation of senses really help guide and anchor me in promoting and maintaining my wellness.
