About
Stephanie
I am motivated by a passion for helping individuals and families create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships while tailoring interventions to each client's unique needs, culture, and goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and develop practical skills for growth and resilience.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and creating meaningful memories together. Some of my favorite activities include playing games, (i.e. Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, and video games), reading books, scrolling on Tik Tok, and watching movies/tv shows. I value these moments as opportunities to connect, have fun, and enjoy the simple joys of everyday life.
