Stephanie provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore feelings and their patterns of thought and behavior. Stephanie likes to help clients “connect the dots” so that they can understand their motivations and develop healthy new habits.
Stephanie loves spending time in nature, doing art and crafts (sewing, knitting, etc.), and hanging out with her pets—three cats, one rabbit, one dog, and one horse!
