About
Stephanie
Hello, I’m Stephanie. For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. I believe that effective therapy is built on a collaborative partnership, where your unique experiences, goals, and strengths guide the treatment process. Together, we will explore the underlying factors contributing to your concerns, develop a deeper understanding of the challenges you are facing, and create a personalized plan for healing and growth. Along the way, I will provide you with practical, evidence-based skills and strategies to help you manage difficult emotions, reduce unhelpful behaviors, and build lasting resilience and well-being.
In my free time, I love to be outdoors enjoying nature, working on arts & crafts, and going on adventures with my dog. I find joy in laughter, music, and being creative. I also have several pets who bring me a lot of happiness.
