About
Spencer
I enjoy working with clients in a collaborative and client-centered way, building a secure therapeutic relationship that best supports their unique healing journey. I specialize in helping individuals safely process and recover from trauma, while also addressing the patterns of emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships that create friction in their present lives. My goal is to equip clients with practical skills and deep insights, empowering them to move beyond their past experiences and live a life that reflects their true values, identity, and inherent worth.
Outside of work, I love prioritizing connection. I’m always up for gathering with my spouse and friends for a board game night, a movie marathon, or an epic Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Whether I'm diving into a thought-provoking podcast, focusing on my spiritual journey, or simply spending quality time with loved ones, I find my greatest joy in meaningful relationships.
