Sophie Seigler
She/Her/Hers
Sophie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sophie is a therapist who offers a warm and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment. She’s passionate about supporting individuals navigating emotional and social challenges as they make sense of how identity and cultural expectations have influenced their sense of self. Sophie helps clients understand how past experiences shape the present and the protective patterns that influence them. Sophie supports clients in building awareness of their emotions and needs, reconnecting with their values and strengths, and finding more grounded, self-connected ways to move through life.
Outside the therapy space, Sophie fills her cup with mindful movement, new restaurant adventures, long walks along the beach, binge watching reality TV, and spending plenty of time with her cats.
