Hi, I’m Silvia! For the last 30 years, I have been deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most complex challenges with empathy and resilience. I specialize in assisting those facing mood disorders, parenting struggles, and intricate relationship issues. pregnancy, pregnancy loss, gender identity and life transitions. I am an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and fully dedicated to supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my children and pets, as these connections bring me immense balance and grounding. I am an immigrant woman of color and a spiritual individual, identities that deeply inform my perspective and empathy. I find great joy and replenishment in nurturing my garden, listening to music, cooking , painting, and exploring new cultures through traveling.
