About
Sheridan
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, challenged, and supported in making meaningful change. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct, with room for humor and laughter along the way. I enjoy working with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and the pressures that can come with high expectations. I also draw from my background in performance psychology to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and goals.
In my free time, I am usually out of the house at the beach or trying a new restaurant. I also enjoy watching a good television drama or dramedy, or writing stories of my own.
