About
Sheree
Hi, my name is Sheree and I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I am non-judgmental and like to help people overcome obstacles which may be interfering with life. I have many years of working with a wide range of individuals and can tailor to each person's unique goals and needs. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, chronic illness, medical diagnosis crisis, the LGBTQ+ community, PTSD and more.
I enjoy spending time with my two adult children, and time with friends. I enjoy spending time gardening and time in my craft/sewing room. I have two dogs, Enzo and Izzie who keep me busy in my spare time. Izzie is a ball obsessed mix breed thus I spend a lot of time throwing a ball outside and inside.
