About
Shelby
Shelby is deeply passionate about meeting clients where they are are and work to collaborate with them to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space to navigate discovering their unique needs and goals. Specializing in complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns, Shelby uses a variety of methods to support her clients in creating better relationships with themselves, their trauma, and their patterns. Shelby works to integrate the rich interpersonal dynamic in the room to support clients to acknowledge and transform self- defeating patterns. By providing a chance to learn by doing in the safety of the therapeutic relationship, between client and counselor, it offers reflection on the interpersonal experience that can help create a lasting and meaningful understating that is transferable to other relationships.
Shelby enjoys thrifting, refinishing furniture, and traveling in her spare time. She enjoys yoga, spirituality, and nature.
