Shaw Strannahan

She/her
Shaw
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Shaw enjoys working with individuals and couples to help them build more meaningful, connected, and values-driven lives. Her approach to therapy centers on helping clients clarify what truly matters to them and communicate those values openly and effectively- both with themselves as well as the people around them. In individual therapy, Shaw supports clients in exploring patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may be keeping them stuck, while developing practical tools for self-awareness and intentional living. In couples therapy, Shaw helps partners strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict in ways that foster respect, trust, and emotional closeness. She is also well versed in issues involving sex/intimacy, affairs, and alternative lifestyles.

In her free time, Shaw enjoys board games, DIY projects, and musical theater.
