I enjoy working with individuals and couples to help them build more meaningful, connected, and values-driven lives. My approach to therapy centers on helping clients clarify what truly matters to them and communicate those values openly and effectively- both with themselves as well as the people around them. In individual therapy, I support clients in exploring patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may be keeping them stuck, while developing practical tools for self-awareness and intentional living. In couples therapy, I help partners strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict in ways that foster respect, trust, and emotional closeness. I am also well versed in issues involving sex/intimacy, affairs, and alternative lifestyles.
