About
Sharon
I got into this work because I genuinely love getting to know people and hearing their unique stories. My goal is to make therapy a comfortable, healing space where you feel heard, understood, and supported from day one. At the same time, I want therapy to actually *work* for your everyday life. That means our sessions aren't just about talking; I focus on an action-oriented approach so you walk away from each session with practical, tangible tools you can actually use. Ultimately, I’m here to help you make real, positive changes and ensure this experience is genuinely helpful for you.
Outside of the office, my world revolves around my family, including my two kids and our pets. I absolutely love being outdoors, whether we’re exploring nature or packing up for a camping trip. When it’s time to slow down and recharge at home, you can usually find me playing board games, coloring, getting lost in a good book, or relaxing with some music or a great TV show. I also want to share that I am an actively affirming ally; it is incredibly important to me that my practice is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds and identities.
