About
Sharon
I deeply enjoy the connection created in the therapeutic relationship with my clients. To me, it is an honor to be invited on people’s journeys to healing. I strive to help people to increase self-compassion, break negative thought patterns, embrace and face fears, navigate complexities of relationships, and explore how to overcome challenges that hold people back from living meaningful lives. I am committed to collaborating with my clients to find the best methods of achieving their goals, and building confidence in my clients to use the tools I offer on their own.
In my free time, I enjoy connecting with loved ones, playing with my kids, spending time in nature, going to new places and trying new foods.
