About
Sharon
Hi, I’m Sharon Beyer, LMFT and I help people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes
and the lingering effects of difficult past experiences. I know that feeling constantly on edge or
overwhelmed can be exhausting. That’s why I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that helps
your brain process and 'unstick' traumatic memories without requiring you to recount every
painful detail.
I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is so important and I try to help
people feel cared for and supported.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with
family and friends as I am a “people person.” I enjoy cooking. I am passionate about health and
nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. I love playing games and I line dance for fun!!!
