Sharita believes therapy works best when it feels like a conversation, not a lecture. She uses a clinical style that is as grounded and insightful, taking an integrative approach to help clients unpack their thoughts and emotions. She uses real world examples to make therapeutic concepts relatable and actionable, which she finds helps clients recognize their own strengths and build healthy skills that actually stick.
In her spare time, Sharita enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, creating, reading, and watching something good. Sewing and crafting are her go to forms of self care. She loves getting lost in a good "whodunit"—whether it’s a page turning mystery or a binge worthy show.
