About
Sharaya
I’m motivated by helping people feel more confident in themselves, better understand their patterns, and make meaningful changes that fit the life they want to create. My style is warm, supportive, and conversational, while also being honest and encouraging when it may be helpful to look at things from a different perspective. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative space where you can show up as yourself without judgment, explore what’s holding you back, and develop practical ways to move forward.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing, creating, exploring new ideas, and spending time with the people I love. I also have ADHD, which I’ve come to see as one of my superpowers—it fuels my curiosity, creativity, and ability to think outside the box (even if my brain occasionally has a few too many tabs open). I’m naturally curious and always enjoy learning something new, whether that means diving into a new interest, working on a creative project, or simply finding a great show to unwind with. I value humor, authenticity, and making space for the things that bring a little more joy and balance to everyday life.
