Shantel is a LCSW in California. Her role as a psychotherapist is one of the most fulfilling roles in her life. It's a privilege for her to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to be able to share their stories, experiences, thoughts, and feelings. She specializes working with individuals navigating life's transitions, building their identity, finding purpose, and passion for life, depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. She takes a collaborative client-centered approach to build trust, support, and tailor each session to clients' needs and goals. She creates a safe, supportive, relaxing, and empowering space for clients to feel comfortable and secure. By building rapport and providing active listening, Shantel strives to ensure that clients feel safe, heard, respected, and understood.
In her free time, Shantel enjoys spending quality time with family, trying new restaurants, going on walks, and exercise classes. She finds joy in relationships, cooking, music, laughter, and spirituality.
