About
Shalonda
My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I create a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and explore what's underneath the stress. Together, we'll work toward practical tools, stronger boundaries, and changes that feel sustainable rather than rushed. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, cultural and racial identity concerns, and questions about meaning, values, and purpose. I understand the impact that culture, identity, and lived experiences can have on emotional well-being and relationships. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping clients gain insight while building practical skills they can use in everyday life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading, and learning. I value connection, personal growth, spirituality, and creating space for reflection and balance.
