About
Seyyedeh
Hi! I see myself as a co-pilot rather than someone who tells you where to go. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you navigate challenges, identify strengths, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. I truly enjoy working alongside my clients and feel honored to be part of their journey. My approach is warm, supportive, and interactive, creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to be a consistent source of encouragement, advocacy, and practical guidance. Together, we'll explore what is getting in the way, build on your existing strengths, and develop tools that help you create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is not only to help you overcome current challenges but also to help you leave therapy with greater confidence, resilience, and trust in your ability to navigate life's future obstacles.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, friends, and my dog. I love being outdoors, whether it's hiking, taking a nature walk, spending the day at the beach, or exploring local night markets. I also enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and cooking new recipes with my family. Staying active is another important part of my life. I enjoy Pilates, going to the gym, and I'm excited to be getting back into dragon boat racing.
