About
Seth
Hi, I'm Seth. I enjoy working closely and collaboratively with my clients to help you understand and use your unique strengths to achieve meaningful goals that improve your happiness, health, and relationships.I am a warm, active therapist, and bring a variety of evidence-based practices to our work, informed by "real-world" insights and lessons learned from 30+ years of marriage, a three-decade professional career, raising two children (one with significant special needs), and caring for family members through illness and end-of-life challenges.
I love spending time with family and friends (human and furry), especially in the beautiful outdoors, where you may find me hiking, biking, paddle boarding, skiing, sleeping by a mountain lake, or working on a long list of home improvements.
