About
Seanna
Welcome, I'm glad you're here! Helping individuals navigate life’s challenges to develop strong connections with themselves and their loved ones is a gift I am grateful to experience. My goal is to help others feel empowered and more resilient while finding their unique paths to wellness. I've worked with both children and adults through my career, and especially enjoy supporting individuals through the perinatal/postpartum period. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to find what suits you the best. My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative.
Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my family, walking with my dogs, or reading (or listening) to a good book.
