About
Savannah
Hi, I'm Savannah! My approach to therapy is grounded in a deep respect for your lived experience, where you are the expert on your own relationships, traumas, and aspirations. My role is to help you understand, change and heal. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you're dealing with stress at work, past traumas, or acute anxiety and depression — therapy can help you reconnect with safety, meaning, and hope. I draw heavily upon Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). However, my approach is not limited to any one modality and is always tailored to your specific needs.
In my spare time I enjoy discovering live music, reading, indoor cycling and cuddling with my cat Mimi!
