About
Sasha
Hi i'm Sasha! In my work I prioritize building strong therapeutic rapport and fostering a trusting alliance with each client. My clinical style is client-centered, rooted in compassionate and empathetic care tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities depending on what is most effective and supportive for the client. It's important to me to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in their growth and healing.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature and exploring new movement-based activities. I value health and wellness and love staying active, traveling, cooking new recipes, baking, reading, music, comedy, creating art, and learning about different cultures. I also enjoy discovering new foods and find joy in volunteering and staying connected to my community.
