Sasha
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sasha is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) specializing in trauma with a subspecialty in sexual abuse, working both with victims and sexually abusive youth. Sasha helps people with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual addictions, sexual dysfunctions and ADHD. Additionally, she is well-versed in many women’s issues, including postpartum depression, brief psychosis and fetal demise. Sasha uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and art and play therapy, among other techniques.
Sasha enjoy doing a variety of things with her family. But during her self-care time, she likes painting, drawing, creating ceramics (she has her own kiln), crocheting and reading (which includes webtoons, of course). In addition, she enjoys traveling and road trips.
