About
Saray
If you are feeling stuck in life’s adversity or struggling to find your true direction, you do not have to walk this path alone. As a proudly Latina Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 6 years of experience, I provide a collaborative, unique space designed to instill deep self-acceptance and lasting healing for adults. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals uncover their purpose and find profound meaning in the middle of hard times. My practice specializes in supporting those experiencing deep isolation, feeling completely overwhelmed by life, or navigating big, intense emotions. Together, we will focus on building healthy boundaries, giving you the practical tools you need to protect your peace and navigate relationships with confidence. My therapeutic approach blends practical, evidence-based psychology with spiritual grounding (at your discretion). I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Problem-Solving Therapy, while weaving in effective DBT techniques to help you manage those big emotions.
For clients who desire it, I love bringing your walk in faith into our sessions. I welcome the opportunity to seamlessly integrate Christian values into your healing journey, honoring your spiritual walk as a source of strength and renewal. Outside of the therapy room, my life is filled with joy, community, and adventure. You can often find me tapping into my creativity by painting, recharging at the beach, or serving in ministry at my church. I am proudly in my "auntie era" and am always on the hunt for new coffee spots and restaurants to try. At home, I am completely managed by my beloved Pomeranian, Bandi. If you are ready to step into a life of purpose and healing, I invite you to reach out today.
