About
Sarah
Hello! Welcome to Two Chairs. I enjoy working together with clients to help them improve their lives and reach their goals. I also like to help clients problem solve and "think outside the box." I try and focus on clients' strengths and the "here and now." It's important to me to create a strong therapeutic bond with clients in order to help them navigate treatment.
I like to spend time with family, friends, and pets. I also like listening to audio books and podcasts that keep me on my toes. I like to watercolor and use some other art media when I take time to make art. My pets and teens keep me busy!
