Sarah enjoys getting to know individuals on a personal level, forming a therapeutic bond and being a source of support to find solutions to life's problems and to find comfort during emotional trials. Sarah approaches clinical work with a positive, engaging and introspective tone and enjoys seeing clients make healthy improvements to their thoughts, behaviors and lifestyles.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her 2 children, playing pickleball and cooking healthy meals at home. Sarah is actively involved in her church and volunteers regularly with the youth and with the Administrative team.
