About
Sarah
Hey there! I’m Sarah, and I’m passionate about helping you create the meaningful change you've been looking for. Whether you're dealing with the scars of past experiences or just wondering why life feels so challenging right now, I’d love to walk alongside you. I frequently work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where your unique values are respected, helping you discover better ways to cope, heal, and overcome obstacles.
In my spare time, you can find me hanging out with my kids (both the human and four-legged varieties!), exercising, or catching up with friends. As a military spouse, I am always up to explore new places! When I am staying put, I love being hooked on a good book, experimenting with new recipes, and finding the next great show to be obsessed with.
