She/Her/Hers
Sarah
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sarah is passionate about the client-therapist working relationship to support meaningful change and empower others to live a life spent doing what matters to them most! She understands that each individual's goals/values are unique and should be explored in a judgement free, safe space in order to heal and overcome obstacles.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her kids (human and pets!), exercising, relaxing with friends, and finding a new show to be obsessed with. She loves to read, cook, and unwind with great foods and drinks.
