Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah Aguirre. I have a genuine interest in supporting others in finding healing, growth and overcoming life challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change when met with compassion, encouragement and provided with the necessary tools. My clinical style is warm, collaborative and person centered while providing a safe space for each person to feel heard and empowered. I pride myself on being flexible and attentive to the unique needs of each person I work with.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and love to spend hours in a bookstore. I enjoy exploring new coffee spots but my coffee has to be iced. When I'm not in session I am playing taxi driver for my teenage daughter.
