is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sarah's motivation comes from a genuine interest in supporting others in finding healing, growth and overcoming life challenges. Sarah believes that everyone has the capacity for change when met with compassion, encouragement and provided with the necessary tools. Sarah's clinical style is warm, collaborative and person centered while providing a safe space for each person to feel heard and empowered. Sarah remains flexible and attentive to the unique needs of each person she works with.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring new coffee spots where she only drinks iced coffee and spending meaningful time with her daughter.
